The BTS7960B is a fully integrated high-current half-bridge driver designed for motor drive applications. As part of Infineon's NovalithIC™ family, it combines a high-side MOSFET, a low-side MOSFET, and a sophisticated driver IC in a single compact package. This innovative design offers features like PWM control up to 25 kHz, adjustable slew rates, overcurrent and overtemperature protection, and a low quiescent current of typically 7 µA at 25°C.

Ideal for DC or brushless DC motor applications, the BTS7960B ensures efficient and reliable operation with advanced safety features such as short-circuit, undervoltage, and overvoltage shutdown.
