Ecoflex 00-33 AF is a special type of silicone rubber that is designed to resist the growth of fungi. It is mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume, and has a pot life of about 45 minutes. The rubber cures at room temperature in approximately 4 hours, with negligible shrinkage.





Ecoflex 00-33 AF is ideal for making skin-safe cushioning devices for orthopedic and orthotic applications. It has a low viscosity that makes it easy to mix and pour, and cures without a "tacky" surface. The rubber is very soft and strong, with high elongation, meaning it can stretch many times its original size without tearing.





The material is skin safe and certified by an independent laboratory to OECD TG 439. Ecoflex 00-33 AF is off-white translucent, and can be pigmented using Silc Pig silicone color pigments for a variety of color effects.
