CY7C53150, Neuron Chip Network Processor, TQFP

The CY7C53150 is a high-performance Neuron chip network processor developed by Cypress Semiconductor for LonWorks distributed control networks. This microcontroller integrates all necessary network communication and control functions onto a single chip, making it a cost-effective and efficient solution for intelligent control systems.

It features three 8-bit pipelined processors, enabling parallel execution of network traffic handling and application processing. The built-in 5-pin communication port allows for seamless transceiver connectivity, supporting twisted-pair, powerline, RF, infrared (IR), fiber optics, and coaxial networking media.

The CY7C53150 provides 2KB of on-chip SRAM, ensuring efficient data buffering for system and application needs. Additionally, its 512B Flash memory allows for non-volatile storage of firmware configuration and runtime settings. The microcontroller operates at 5V and supports external memory addressing up to 58KB.
