Featuring a floating channel that operates up to 600V, the IR2111 can drive both high-side and low-side referenced output channels. This driver provides a robust and reliable solution with its ability to handle high dV/dt transient voltages and a gate drive supply range of 10V to 20V.

The device integrates advanced features such as undervoltage lockout for both channels, matched propagation delay, and a built-in deadtime to prevent shoot-through in half-bridge circuits. Its Schmitt-triggered inputs with pull-down resistors ensure compatibility with standard CMOS logic.
