M51841P, Precision Timer IC, DIP-8

The M51841P is a monolithic timing circuit, designed for precision pulse generation and oscillation applications. It offers two primary operating modes:

• Monostable mode (one-shot timer), triggered by an external pulse, generating a fixed-duration output.
• Astable mode (oscillator), allowing continuous pulse generation with a stable frequency.
