The CTNS-4603S is a fast recovery diode designed for high-power applications requiring efficient and rapid switching capabilities. Encased in a TO-3P-3L package, it offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 300 V and an average forward current capacity of 60 A. The diode's low forward voltage drop and fast reverse recovery time make it suitable for use in secondary side rectification in flyback and LLC converters, as well as freewheeling diodes in offline buck and buck-boost converters.
