CP4050 AC DC Current Probe 1 MHz Bandwidth 50 ARMS Continuous 140 A Peak

The CP4050 current probe from Siglent is a rugged, dual-range AC and DC clamp probe designed for general-purpose current measurement applications. With a DC to 1 MHz bandwidth, it measures continuous currents up to 50 ARMS and peaks of 140 A, offering excellent dynamic range. Two selectable attenuation settings (500 mV/A and 5 mV/A) allow precision measurements across low to high current loads. Equipped with DC accuracy ratings of ±3%±20 mA (20 mA–14 A p‑p at 500 mV/A), ±4%±200 mA (200 mA–100 A p‑p at 50 mV/A), and up to ±15% at high-peak currents (100 A–140 A p‑p), the CP4050 ensures reliable readings. It features a 1 m BNC output cable, powered by a 9 V battery, with auto‑zero calibration and overload indication. The clamp accepts conductor diameters up to 10.3 mm, supports CAT III 300 V / CAT II 600 V safety ratings, and weighs approximately 310 g with probe body dimensions around 262 × 81 × 36 mm.
