CP6500 AC DC Current Probe 5 MHz Bandwidth 500 ArMS Continuous 750 A Peak

The CP6500 is a professional-grade AC/DC clamp current probe from Siglent, engineered for demanding high-current waveform capture. With a DC–5 MHz bandwidth and a rise time ≤ 70 ns, it measures continuous currents up to 500 ArMS and supports peak currents up to 750 A. Equipped with dual range capability (75 A and 500 A), the transfer ratios are 0.1 V/A and 0.01 V/A, respectively. Accuracy is high: ±1%±10 mA at 75 A and ±1%±100 mA at 500 A. The probe includes overload protection with both LED and buzzer alarms, powered via a 12 V/1 A DC adapter, and features a 1.5 m BNC output cable. Rated CAT III 600 V / CAT II 600 V, it safely accommodates conductor diameters up to 20 mm. Weighing approx. 525 g with a compact form factor (~12 × 12 × 4 in), it’s ideal for industrial, power electronics, and lab applications where wide range current testing and waveform fidelity are critical.
