SCP5030A DC 100 MHz Current Probe 30 ArMS Continuous 50 A Peak

The SCP5030A is a high-performance DC/AC active probe in Siglent’s SCP5000 series. Offering a precision bandwidth of DC to 100 MHz with rise time ≤ 3.5 ns, it supports 30 ArMS continuous current and up to 50 A peak. Dual-range output allows 5 A (1 V/A) and 30 A (0.1 V/A) sensitivity, with DC accuracy of ±1% ±1 mA at 5 A and ±1% ±10 mA at 30 A. It is powered directly from the oscilloscope via SAPBUS—no external cables needed. The probe head accommodates conductors up to 5 mm diameter, weighs approx. 270 g, and measures 176 × 39.5 × 18 mm, with unit dimensions of 12 × 12 × 4 in (approx. 305 × 305 × 102 mm). Rated for 300 V CAT I, it integrates automatic zeroing and overload protection.
