DPB1300 Differential High Voltage Probe 50 MHz Bandwidth 1300 V Differential Input 50X100X Attenuation

The DPB1300 differential high‑voltage probe from Siglent offers accurate measurement of floating differential voltages up to 800 V CAT III / 1000 V CAT II using selectable attenuation settings of 50× or 500×. With a bandwidth of 50 MHz and rise time ≤ 7 ns, it provides precise waveform capture for power electronics and inverter design. Supporting maximum differential test voltages of ±130 V (50X) or ±1300 V (500X), it maintains ±2% DC accuracy and excellent common‑mode rejection (CMRR > 80 dB at DC, > 60 dB at 100 kHz, > 50 dB at 1 MHz). The probe features input impedance of 5 MΩ single‑ended / 10 MΩ differential, input capacitance below 4 pF / 2 pF, onboard overload indicator, and is powered by a DC 12 V / 1.2 A adapter. Compact and robust, the DPB1300 includes pincer clips, BNC cable, and protective carrying case. It’s ideal for high-voltage differential measurements in industrial, lab, or test bench applications.
