DPB5150A Differential High Voltage Probe 100 MHz Bandwidth 1500 V Differential Input 50X 500X Attenuation

The DPB5150A is a high‑accuracy differential high‑voltage probe from Siglent’s DPB5000 series. It supports DC to 100 MHz bandwidth (‑3 dB, rise time ≤ 3.5 ns) and safely measures up to 1,500 V differential (DC + AC peak) using switchable attenuation settings of 50× (150 V) or 500× (1,500 V). The probe delivers ±2% DC accuracy, features ultra-low input capacitance (< 4 pF per channel, < 2 pF differential), high input impedance (10 MΩ differential), and excellent common-mode rejection (> 80 dB at DC, > 50 dB at 1 MHz). It is powered via a standard USB 5 V/1 A adapter, includes built-in overload indicator (LED) and audible alarm, offers optional bandwidth limit mode, and stores settings automatically.
