HPB4010 High Voltage Probe 40 MHz Bandwidth 10 kV Max Input 1000X Attenuation

The Siglent HPB4010 is a passive high‑voltage probe compatible with all Siglent oscilloscopes. It provides a bandwidth of DC to 40 MHz (–3 dB) with a rise time of approximately 7–9 ns. Featuring a fixed 1,000× attenuation ratio, the probe safely measures voltages up to 10 kV DC, 7 kV AC rms, or short-duration pulses up to 20 kV peak‑to‑peak. Accuracy is specified at ±2 % up to 10 kV DC and ±3 % above. With an input impedance of 100 MΩ, input capacitance of 3 pF, and selectable compensation range from 5 to 50 pF, it delivers precise signal capture with minimal circuit loading. The HPB4010 includes a 2 m cable, noise rejection performance of ≥60 dB at 1 kHz and ≥50 dB at 1 MHz, and a temperature coefficient of ≤ 200 ppm/°C. Weighing around 250 g and measuring approximately 75 mm in diameter × 340 mm length, it’s designed for safe, accurate high‑voltage waveform measurements.
